We offer a wide array of complimentary health and wellness services, specifically, massage therapy, yoga and overall stress reduction support. Our goal for our clients is to provide balance for the body, mind and spirit. We are conveniently located in the Brookside area of Kansas City with a second location in Independence, but we also can come to you!

Massage Therapy
Our variety of treatments and techniques will bring you the wonderful benefits of massage therapy. In addition to helping you relax, massage therapy helps you re-align and rejuvenate your body and spirit! With the busy lives we lead, we can all benefit from a little stress-management. Yoga StretchYoga
We also offer individualized yoga classes and instruction. The purpose of yoga is to create strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. If you’ve ever felt intimidated walking into a yoga studio, or you desire more individual attention, consider taking private yoga lessons from Serenity Wellness. There are various types of yoga, and like massage many are designed to increase relaxation, while other types of yoga are more active. Yoga also includes attention to breathing, stretching your muscles and improving your overall muscle tone. Yoga can provide strength and endurance benefits and it can build core strength in the deep abdominal muscles. The meditative aspect of yoga contributes to a sense of peace and harmony on and off the mat.
